Grammy winner has worked with numerous other rock greats over his long career, including
Jimmy Page, Rod Stewart, Roger Waters and Jon Bon Jovi. Jeff Beck passed away on
January 11, 2023. "Nobody played guitar like Jeff," he stated Gene Simmons (Kiss). Punk poet
Patti Smith described Beck as "mercurial, innovative, impossible to categorize". She called
him "one of the masters of my generation". Beck influenced generations of guitarists. He
broke the genre boundaries, excelled in hard rock and rhythm and blues as well as in jazz
