Something of a cult figure within psych-folk circles, Gary Higgins self-released the legendary Red Hash LP in 1973, and Seconds is the first album he's released since! Several of Higgins' collaborators from the seventies return for this long-player, which no doubt has much to do with the fact that this sounds so much like he's carrying on from where he left off, While Seconds is often evocative of a bygone era, modern production techniques plant the record squarely in the new millennium.
